Edie has now been with the company since 1999.  Early on, Edie took an exceptional interest in our chimney department and spent many hours asking questions and learning from George.  Edie wanted to know all there is to know about chimneys and how they worked.  She has first hand knowledge of chimney sweeping. “There is nothing better than actually seeing first hand how to sweep chimneys and all the chimney components”, says Edie.  She has attended numerous charity workshops with our PA Chimney sweep Guild and gained the respect of the MEN in the guild. She offers advice to customers who experience any type of chimney problem from a draft issue to a water leak. If she doesn’t have the answer she will get it for you. 

Bonnie has been with the company since 2003.  Starting in the office answering phones and getting her feet wet.  Her interests were fireplaces and gas grills.  She also enjoys helping customers visualize what their new fireplace is going to look like, or what finish and style for new glass doors.  She has been out in the field with our gas technician.  There, she helped run gas lines, lay tile, install gas logs, glass doors and mantels.  She also helped build a custom shelf for one of her customers.    Bonnie also handles all warranty issues on all products we carry.

Bill Filosemi has been with Nickos Chimney Company since 1997.  Bill is our Senior Installer, Technician and Estimator.  Bill will meet with you several times both in our showroom and in your home.  Together you will partake in the overall design of your project.  Attention to detail is Bill’s trademark.  Bill finalizes the estimate and oversees the installation, assuring your complete satisfaction.
